Over the years, Axis Architects has designed and overseen the construction of eight fiber manufacturing lines for Fresenius Medical Care, with another three lines currently under construction. As the major component of their dialysis filtration system, these fibers are produced in an ISO class 8 clean room environment. With an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing techniques and solid experience in clean room design, Axis is able to provide expansions that streamline the process and increase productivity. Current expansion projects will soon bring an additional 85,000 square feet of dialyzer fiber manufacturing and storage space to the facility.
