A 17,000-square-foot addition to OSI Group’s dry sausage plant in West Jordan includes a steel structure, concrete flooring and curbs, food-grade urethane flooring, stainless steel interior surfaces, insulated metal panels, low-albedo membrane roofing, and interstitial equipment access above a walkable ceiling, along with imported dry houses equipped with custom evaporators connected to the existing ammonia-based refrigeration system. The expansion adds 12 new dry houses for drying pepperoni, Genoa salami, and other products, increasing production capacity by 50%.
