The Denver Street Apartments are a market-rate multifamily community in a vibrant, walkable area. The building provides 120 units ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms. The design is deliberately simple and maximizes the use of the small site. To provide interest without adding cost, the façade became an elegant composition of “sliding” elements. The programming sets the community apart by providing a variety of
outdoor spaces: rooftop amenity space, spa area, cabana terrace, courtyard, outdoor kitchen and dining, dog-wash area, etc.

The apartments are designed to optimize natural light and engage with surrounding views. Each home features oversized windows, glass sliders, and balconies. By recessing the balcony from the facade, three sides of this space are exposed and the entering natural light is amplified. The units are designed to be smaller and more adaptable than typical apartments with the goal of providing unique yet moderately priced living opportunities in a desirable metropolitan neighborhood. A sky lounge tops the building with views of the city skyline.
