Radi8 Lofts is a modern condominium design for Salt Lake City. The project includes 42 units in a seven story structure, and an 8th level comprised of a living green roof terrace, fitness center and owner’s lounge. Designed around an urban life style, apartments feature floor to ceiling windows and large balconies to increase the visual connection between the occupant and the city. The lower level will contain retail space, which can be used as live/work space. The units will be finished with hardwood floors and cast-in-place concrete with stainless steel appliances.

Focused on sustainable design, this project was designed to receive a LEED Silver rating, incorporating recycled materials, reduced water use, high efficiency evaporative cooling and an extensive green roof.
