The presence of after-work residents promised by this new nexus is critical in the effort to fortify the neighborhood’s emerging activity center. The project includes 25 residential lofts and townhomes, along with significant one-story retail space facing 900 South and visible from the train station. The project focuses on long term project sustainability through of environmentally responsible features including green technologies, materials, and amenities. We are pursuing LEED Gold certification throughout.
