Pro Forma: Axis can provide a detailed development pro forma based on the proposed project concept. The pro forma will include construction costs, soft costs, financing charges, sales or rent income and anticipated return on investment. The goal is to determine the project’s financial viability. Axis has prepared dozens of pro formas for a variety of project types and sizes.

Construction management: We can provide assistance during contractor selection, bid review and contract negotiations. We can manage the construction process from building permit issuance to final completion.

Joint venture: If you own land, we would consider entering into a JV agreement to develop your property to its highest and best use. All we need is for you to provide the land as equity and we can complete the equity stack with our investors.
