HISTORY
Axis Architects was founded in 2005 in Salt Lake City by Pierre Langue and has grown to be a well-known and respected firm. Today, a staff of twelve licensed architects and design professionals provide knowledge and expertise to clients in Utah and the west of the US.
In 2016, the firm added real estate development as an area of focus. The projects revolve around place-making and include apartment buildings, townhomes and private residences.
In 2024, Axis Architects began developing “haute couture,” a series of prefabricated modular residences with a modern ethos. The modules are site-adaptable in different configurations and range from a small Accessory Dwelling Unit to a four-bedroom home.
The firm has won several awards and honors including several AIA Utah Honor Awards and an AIA Western Mountain Region Honor Award. Our projects include a wide range of public and private architectural projects and interior design.
