Alinea Lofts embodies a blend of contemporary design approaches that are welcoming and fresh and complimentary to the surrounding area, with a gesture to its diverse future. Automobile parking is both concealed and covered. Ride-share green bikes will be installed on the corner across from the rail station. The Lofts along 200 West and the Townhomes over retail along 900 South vary in size and layout to ensure marketability and appeal to a broader base of entry-level and move-up home buyers. This type of offering is unique to the area and the project design will reflect the identity of the urban dwellers seeking to call the Central Ninth district home.

The presence of after-work residents promised by this new nexus is critical in the effort to fortify the neighborhood’s emerging activity center. The project includes 25 residential lofts and townhomes, along with significant one-story retail space facing 900 South and visible from the train station. The project focuses on long term project sustainability through of environmentally responsible features including
green technologies, materials, and amenities. We are pursuing LEED Gold certification throughout.
