54 West 1700 South

Axis Architects was asked to design a flexible commercial space that would be adaptable for a variety of potential tenants.  This exterior shell features an expansive glass facade to comply with the city’s revitalization codes for this area of the city.  The Corten steel ribbon playfully breaks up the facade and leads you to the entrance of the building.  It also helps create a dynamic outdoor space for dining or relaxing.  The simple material palette gives the building a clean look and provides a great exterior that would be appropriate for an assortment of possible tenants.
